After Sale Service Policy

We provide complete lifetime After Sale Service in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad & Rawalpindi. 

If there is any issue in the product, we provide free technician visit in first three months after purchase. After three months, technician will charge visit charges depending on your city.

We provide free of cost parts within the warranty period of the product. After expiration of warranty, company will charge for the part of the product provided.

For other cities of Pakistan, we will dispatch part of the product at customers address & he can avail services of any relaible local technician in his city. Currently home service is only available in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
